- Champ Starter contains energy and proteins nutrients which are essential for pups during the gestation period as well as after birth.
- The small intestine of pups and their production of enzymes is hardly developed when the nursing period starts.
- The ability of pups to consume solid food only amounts to 5-10% of the absorption capacity of an adult dog.
- During the nursing period, the digestive system of pups is not yet fully developed.
