Shipping and Delivery

Which areas do you deliver to? We currently deliver to the following areas:

• New Cairo – Delivery within 60 minutes 

• Rehab City – Delivery within 45 minutes 

• Cairo and Giza:

  • Order before 11:00 AM → Same-day delivery

  • Order after 11:00 AM → Delivery within 24 hours 

• North Coast (El Sahel El Shamali) – Delivery within 60 minutes (Fees vary by area)

• Rest of Egypt – We deliver to all governorates, from Aswan to the Delta, and delivery takes place within 5 business days (Terms and conditions apply).

Is there express or same-day delivery? Yes! Same-day delivery is available for these areas:

• New Cairo – Rehab – North Coast: Express delivery within 45–60 minutes

• Cairo and Giza: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 11:00 AM

How much does delivery cost? Delivery fees depend on the location, order amount and is calculated at checkout.
